"This paper presents two studies in one: a qualitative analysis and a survey.  The two techniques can be complementary in achieving a deeper understanding of a phenomenon.  However, it is important to keep the reporting of the two sources of data distinct.  In this report, data from the key informant interviews is mixed with the survey's statistical results.  Qualitative data may shed light on the survey results, but the quotations can only represent those in the interviews.  Sometimes they are reported as though the key informant data represent opinions of all the physicians in the survey."
